How it works
Three stages. One team. No surprises.
From the free survey through the build to a guaranteed finish, here is how a Wishing Well Gardens & Landscaping project actually runs — and roughly how long each part takes.
01
Usually within a week or two
Free site survey & quote
Richard comes out, walks the plot with you and listens to how you want to use it — the sun, the slope, the drainage, the access. Then, as clients regularly note, he explains what’s needed, how the job will be carried out, the timescale and how much it’ll cost, and puts a clear, itemised, no-obligation quote to it. On bigger schemes that might bring several jobs together, we set it all out so you can see exactly what’s involved.
- Free site survey
- Method, timescale & cost explained
- Clear, itemised, no-obligation quote
02
A day or two to several weeks
Build & installation
Our multi-skilled team carries the build from groundwork and levels through paving, walling and bases, decking, fencing, lawns, structures and lighting — so nothing is lost between separate trades. We’re punctual and polite, work tidy and explain each step in advance, taking real pride in the finish. A fence run or a base might be a day or two; a full transformation runs over several weeks, and the site stays orderly the whole way through.
- One team, start to finish
- Punctual, polite, tidy
- Real pride taken in the finish
03
Guaranteed — and we’re happy to come back
Finished, guaranteed & looked after
We leave the site clean and the work guaranteed for your peace of mind, and we’re fully insured throughout. A garden built to last still rewards a little care, and because so much of our work comes from repeat clients, we’re always happy to come back for the next job. It’s why our gallery keeps filling with fresh local work, updated as recently as this year.
- Work guaranteed
- Fully insured throughout
- Repeat clients, again and again
Insured & guaranteed
A garden is built once and lives for years. Doing the groundwork right, insuring every job and guaranteeing the work is simply how we make sure it stays that way.
